Table Designer Keyboard navigation, multi-cell formatting, responsive previews and CSV/TSV imports
Place the cursor in a table cell to edit its structure.
Click a cell, then Shift-click another cell to select a rectangle. The highlighted range is temporary and will not appear in exported HTML.
You can apply alignment and background to every highlighted cell. Heading conversion preserves cell contents. Undo restores the previous table. Complex merged tables are not modified.
Properties apply to all highlighted cells when a multi-cell range is active. Header scope applies to a single heading cell. Undo is available.
Select a plain-text cell, then choose Load cell text. Rich cells must be edited in Design or Code mode.
Select a cell in Design view. Merged or uneven tables are protected from structural edits. Undo remains available.
Import is local to your browser. Maximum 100 rows, 12 columns and 60 KB of source data. Cell contents are escaped, never interpreted as HTML. Spreadsheet export neutralizes formulas that might execute when pasted elsewhere.

HTML checks
WordPress Publishing Preflight Check heading hierarchy, table semantics, images, links and placeholders
Review an article to see publishing checks.
These are local editorial checks, not a guarantee that the active WordPress theme or server will render the same HTML. Always preview a WordPress draft before publishing.
Publishing Preflight offers advisory local checks; it does not submit a post or guarantee WordPress compatibility. The Structure organizer moves existing nodes without paraphrasing and requires an explicit user action. Reordering may change an article’s logic; review sequence and transitions. The HTML Studio is independent of paraphrasing and does not send article content to AI services. Its preview uses a restrictive iframe. Export removes scripts, event handlers, embedded objects, unsafe styling, and unsafe URLs. Approved styles and image layout classes are retained. Confirm heading levels and WordPress rendering before publication.
